Allbry is now looking for an experienced and confident school nurse for a high school in Stockholm, Sollentuna. The assignment covers 20% and is suitable for you who want to work closely with students in a dynamic and multicultural school environment.

About the role

As a school nurse, you are an important part of the school's student health work. The work is both health-promoting, preventive, and individual-focused, with an emphasis on supporting students in their schooling and well-being.

The school meets students with varying and sometimes complex issues. Here you have the opportunity to make a real difference through a present, relationship-building, and professional student health work.

You will be employed by Allbry and work on-site at the school. Allbry continuously receives new assignments, which may mean opportunities for additional assignments in the future.

Your tasks may include:

• Conducting health conversations
• 
  
• Following up and ensuring vaccination status, especially for students who have not previously been offered vaccination
• 
  
• Working with school absenteeism
• 
  
• Guiding students to relevant care and support measures
• 
  
• Collaborating with school staff and student health teams
• 
  
• Being a safe and accessible adult for students in need of support
• 
  
• Contributing medical expertise to the school's student health work

We are looking for someone who

• Is a licensed nurse with further training as a school nurse, district nurse, or equivalent
• 
  
• Is confident in your professional role and has experience meeting young people in a responsive, respectful, and professional manner
• 
  
• Has experience or is used to working with students with complex issues
• 
  
• Thrives in a multicultural school environment and has good cultural understanding
• 
  
• Has an easy time building relationships and establishing trustful contacts with students
• 
  
• Works independently, structured, and solution-focused
• 
  
• Has good knowledge of relevant laws and documentation

Scope and conditions

• Scope: 20% (one full day per week)
